At SW-Motech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your SW-Motech account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the box.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
